WHY WALK WITH US?
Your support helps us to tell millions of people about sickle cell disease and how this painful, debilitating disorder affects individuals and families.
While helping families is the top priority of SCTPN, funds will be used to increase public awareness of sickle cell disease and other hemoglobin disorders. A portion of the funds raised is used to support its Undergraduate Scholarship and the Lori N. Fleming Belanger Graduate Scholarship Fund.
Beyond the goal of raising funds for program support, this event will also be utilized to recruit new members and volunteers to support the efficient expansion of our mission-based operations. We hope you will support this family-friendly, fun filled, creative, philanthropic endeavor. This event will go a long way in bringing attention to the needs of families with this debilitating disease.
